These terms govern your use of the Corgo app and the usecorgo.com website. By using Corgo, you agree to them.

License

Corgo is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Acceptable use

Please don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or attempt to disrupt it for others.

Reminders are a helper, not a guarantee

Corgo helps you remember your things, but reminders depend on your device settings, permissions, battery, and operating-system behavior. Corgo is provided “as is,” and we can’t guarantee a notification will always fire in time. Don’t rely on it as the sole safeguard for critical items.

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corgo is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from forgotten items or missed reminders.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
